When you turn the knob on your timer dial and nothing happens, there is likely a faulty part to blame. This could be the timer itself, the result of a recent short, or the safety disconnect switch. Follow our diagnostic questions below to determine the issue.

  1.  Has the timer ever worked? If yes, the timer has likely gone bad. Comparing the timer face to the ones below, identify which timer you have and call us at 1-800-536-9495 to order. If the timer has never worked properly, proceed to question number #2.
  2. Is the power on all the time? If yes, check out our solution to “The power is always on”. If the power is never on, and the timer can’t power the unit on, it is likely a bad timer. Review the photos under question #1 and identify which timer is yours. If the model is a new installation and less than a year old, it may still be under warranty. Please call us at 1-800-536-9495
