Locating Your Model Number
For ease of service, please be ready with the model number of your unit when calling in or submitting a contact form. On models with the electrical features, the model or CAT number will be near the on/off switch or timer. For non-electrical models, the label can be located in the upper left-hand corner of the unit or underneath one of the shelves on the cross brace.
