IRON-A-WAY Shipping Policy
Expected Lead/Ship Time
Iron-A-Way always attempts to ship your order immediately, although it can take up to 5 business days to process. We ship all of ironing center and large part orders via UPS or FedEx, with expected delivery to you in 3-5 business days once product ships.
All small parts orders, including Cover/Pad replacements, will ship via USPS services, and take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery once leaving our facility.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and product is made to order. Payment is processed when items are shipped, not on receipt of order. Shipping is prepaid within contiguous U.S. 48 states.
Upon delivery of your unit, if merchandise is refused for any other reason than shipping damages, a 20% restocking charge will be billed to your credit card. For all replacement Parts, a 30% restocking charge will be billed to your credit card.
Iron-A-Way ships all of its website orders via UPS or FedEx ground service. Please make sure that you give an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Iron-A-Way cannot ship large orders to Post Office Boxes. However, please note that all small parts orders, including Cover/Pad replacements, will ship via USPS services.
IRON-A-WAY will ship for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery at the customer’s request. Fees for these expedited shipping methods will be calculated once the merchandise has been packaged and weighed. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes. The ship date is not counted in air quotes.

Next day service: Delivery will occur on the next full business day. (i.e. if a package is shipped out on a Friday, the next business day would be Monday.)
2 day service: Delivery will occur on the second full business day. (i.e. if a package is shipped out on a Friday, the second business day would be Tuesday.)
Important Information About Delivery
UPS and FedEx prefer to make the delivery with the person who originally placed the order, in the event that you would like someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, please contact our customer service, and we’ll be glad to make that change for you.
During the delivery process the carrier may require the merchandise to be signed for, and it is very important to inspect the delivery carton for any creases, tears, dents, or holes. Should any of these damages exist please write that information on the face of the delivery receipt. Failure to properly note damages will waive our right to file a claim against the carrier on your behalf.
