The Order Process

Stage 1: Order Received

Order is received by us and an email summary of the order is sent direct to you within minutes!

Stage 2: Ironing Center is Hand-Crafted

Your ironing center is hand-crafted in our facility. Based on quantity of orders already in-house, this can take 3-5 business days.

Stage 3: Order is Shipped

Once complete the order is shipped direct to you, and an email with complete tracking information is sent by the end of day. Order will arrive in 3-5 business days, standard ground, within the contiguous U.S.

Frequently Asked Order Questions

What service do you use to ship my order?

Most ironing centers and large part orders are sent out through FedEx or UPS, standard ground. Small part orders and cover/pad replacements are sent out via USPS and can take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Can I have my order overnighted?

All orders include free standard ground shipping* within the contiguous United States. Items can be requested to be overnighted or sent 2-day air with an additional fee to the customer. Please note, however, that shipping an ironing center by one of those methods is costly and is often just as much as the product itself. For this reason, it is not recommended. Part orders such as a Rough-In Kit, Cover/Pad Replacement, or Surface Mount Trim Kit are better suited for these methods. To request a change in shipment method, please call us at 1-800-536-9495 and ask for our Shipping Department.

* Please note all orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska are charged a $99 flat fee for standard shipment.


One-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase is placed on all defective parts returned to factory for replacement, other than light bulbs, installed units, finished or stained doors, ironing board cover and pad. This warranty does not include labor for installation of replacement.

All product warranties are now registered online. 

Product Availability

At Iron-A-Way, each order placed through the website is drop shipped directly from us to you by UPS or FedEx. Once we receive your order, we work diligently to manufacturer and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Each ironing center is custom made to order. Normal production is usually 3 to 5 business days from the order date with an additional 3 to 5 business days for shipping via ground service. If your order would be delayed for any reason, you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours by email as to when you can expect your order to ship.

Order Acceptance

There may be orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged upon ordering. Charges are processed at the time of shipping. Your order will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned under the “Shipping Policies” section of the website.

Situations resulting in your order being canceled are inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by credit and fraud avoidance. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
