4/20 All ironing centers except the NE-242 are designed to fit between 2" x 4" studs on 16" center, but you can surface mount all units.
4/21 Always check specifications prior to ordering. You want to make sure you can lower the board completely and you're able to iron comfortably.
4/22 You're sure to impress and feel your clothes look their best, when time and care are taken to iron them.
4/23 Trouser creases stay in place when you rub the crease on the inside of the pant leg with a piece of wet soap and then press on the right side.
4/24 It's safe to use sizing or spray starch on a garment as long as it is labeled "machine washable."
4/25 Did you know that the useable space for ironing is greater on an IRON-A-WAY 42" or 46" ironing board than on a standard stand-up ironing board?
4/26 Quick spray starch can be made at home by slowly adding 1 Tbls. Cornstarch to 2 cups water. Stir until the starch is dissolved. Pour into a clean spray bottle and spray fabrics lighting when ironing.
4/27 Pressing costs between $3 to $5 per garment. At about 5 outfits per week can add up to $25 or more or $1300 per year. By investing one time in a quality built-in ironing center and ironing your own clothes, the product is paid for within six months and you will save dramatically on future dry cleaning expenses. This is not to mention gas and the inconvenience of dropping and picking up your garments.
4/28 You can have your own custom door by removing the standard birch door and adding your own.
4/29 The swivel board allows you to use both ends of the board. Using the narrow end for the collar, cuffs, and shoulder and then switching to the wide end to iron large pieces of a men's shirt really presents just as nice as the cleaners and much cheaper.
