TOOLS NEEDED:  1/4" Nut Driver or 1/4" Socket

Step 1

Lift the board to the upright position.  The safety shield will need to be removed in order to remove hex screws.  You may need to apply excess force, as it is held in place by double stick tape.

Step 2

Remove the two hex head screws from each side of the plate.

NOTE:  If replacing a 42" board (shown) the two hex head screws will be located in the bottom set of holes of the plate.  If replacing a 46" board the two hex head screws will be located in the top set of holes.

Step 3

You will need to get underneath the board to remove lower set of hex screws.  Once lowered, swivel the board slightly to the right to remove the right hex head screw.  Repeat process to remove the left screw.

Step 4

Remove the old board and replace with new board.

Replace screws into the board in reverse order.  (Steps 4, 3, 2 and 1.)  Putting in the bottom plate screws in first and depending on the size of board (see note above) the top plate screws last.
